Bus timetable / バス時刻表

There are some bus route departing from Omi-Takashima Station. Although the number of buses is limited, it is convenient to go to rice field terrace at Hata or Supermarket Heiwado at Adogawa-cho. The route map is on the second page of the following PDF. It is in Japanese. Ask me if you do not know how to read it.

Car share service / カーシェア

There are two Toyota CarShare cars in front of Omi-Takashima Station. You can use those with advance reservation through the smartphone app. It may take about 3 days to register as a member, so you need to register before your stay. Unfortunately it is not possible to register as a member with an international driver's license.

近江高島駅前にトヨタカーシェアが2台あります。スマホアプリからの事前予約で、15分220円からご利用頂けます。白髭神社、畑の棚田、スーパーの平和堂などへのアクセスに便利です。（会員登録には3日程度かかる場合があるようですので、宿泊前の会員登録が必要です。また残念ながら国際免許では会員登録ができないようです。）

e-bike (electric bicycle) / e-bike（電動自転車）

There is an e-bike rental (2,000 yen/day) at ShinAsahi Station, two stops north of Omi-Takashima Station. Advance reservations are recommended.

近江高島駅より2つ北の駅、新旭駅になりますが、e-bikeのレンタル（2,000円／1日）があります。事前予約が確実です。
